I’d like to start this review by saying that I do really love the piece that I got it’s just not what I wanted. As soon as I left there. I had a gut feeling I should’ve walked away but didn’t. The reason for my negative comment is the following. I walked in with 2 ring jackets, and engagement ring and a wedding band. I wanted them to harvest the stones and make a new ring. I got talked out of it. They used the 2 jackets and the engagement ring and handed me back the wedding band. I wanted to use all my wedding rings/bands and make 1 ring. I now have 2 rings still. In the store on Wednesday, they quoted me pick up Friday and $120. Thursday mid afternoon, I got a call saying they misquoted me. And it was going to be $270. I asked why it was so far off and I was told they didn’t factor resizing the rings. I told them to do it and asked if it’s still available tomorrow. She thought about it and said she would try to make it happen. Friday morning I called 5 times and got hung up on after they answered. I finally got though and asked if it was ready. They said yes. I went in and asked about the pricing mixup and Lauren just brushed it under the rug. I asked if they were going to Compensate for the mix up and it got brushed off. I said I didn’t love the fit of the ring. She told me to come back Tuesday if I was still unhappy with the size. I asked if it would be for free and she said they would take care of it. I went in Tuesday. As I was still not happy with the size and they pretty much told me they refused to resize as my ring fits me fine and I’m still adjusting. I then asked why they would tell me to come back today if they wouldn’t do anything about it? They didn’t have an answer for me. They said if I’m still not happy in 2 weeks to come back for an adjustment. Needless to say. I won’t be back again. I do really like the ring they made, even though it’s not what I wanted. My fiancé and I went to several jewelers when looking at engagement rings last year. We chose Greis because of their professionalism and knowledge.
