O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Farmington

I bought parts at O’Reillys and regretted doing so. One part purchase turned into 5 trips to the store. I was sold 2 sets of front rotors for 1 truck and 2 sets of brake pads for another. I was also sold the wrong rotors for that same truck. All on the same sale. They would not correct their mistake by phone unless I made a 5 th trip to their store. Even though they had corrected one of the other mistakes by phone. I can understand if mistakes occur but this is beyond that. Even after explaining my horrible experience with their staff I was treated rudely by the manager in charge.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from O’Reillys if you value your time because O’Reillys clearly does not value...

I called ahead to inquire whether they accept used motor oil, which they do. I show up and they've got two customers they're assisting, but it's taking a long time, so I ask of it's okay for me to dump the 12 quarts of oil I'm holding and the answer is I need to wait. I'm okay for the moment, but then it becomes clear the customers they have don't know what they want and I've waited about 10 minutes with no end in sight, so I left with my oil as my time is also valuable. They should have their set up to allow customers to walk to the waste area and dump their used oil like other auto parts stores do. I won't be returning to O'Reillys...

I went to the store on my way to work because I had a headlight burn out. I went into the store and waited for a while then when finally waited on I asked if they could Install the bulb for me because I was in dress clothes. They guy told me they are not allowed to install bulbs or anything for that fact. I told him never mind and left the store. In the parking lot I called auto zone that was just down the road and told them my experience at this store and asked if they would install it and they said absolutely. This store has lost my business and will never...
