Really don't understand how they were able to add a street maintenance fee to your water bill. When there is no maintenance being done to maintain it. The neighborhood is littered with garbage I would always have someone's garbage blowing into my backyard or front. The roads always have mud, rocks, gravel to run over. I always have to go around the debris. Before moving here I remember only getting 1 flat tire but now I'm constantly getting nails or other stuff getting in my tire. Also, I pay 282 dollars for HOA every 6 months and pay 100 to 250 dollars every month for water.
