I am very happy to write this review for Salazar Roofing I first met Vincent Salazar a year ago when I was first getting estimates to have my 15 year old, badly hail damaged roof replaced. I had many estimates but Vincent stood out above all others. He was soo easy to talk to and surprisingly the most informative and affordable, but what really stood out was how thoughtful he was. I still had my Christmas lights on my roof and he said he had to get up on my roof to get a close inspection of my roof and if I wanted him to go ahead and drop my Christmas lights down while he as up there! Well I'm a senior with disabilities and I gladly accepted the help. It just just struck me as how wonderful this man was, not only see the best way to replace my roof, but see this other way to help me, a stranger. A year later I started getting some water damage from my old beat up roof so I finally decided to have the work done. I called Vincent again because I really liked how this man treated me when he came out the first time. I reminded him what the old estimate was and and there was no issue whatsoever. The whole process was so professional and on time. He said they would be out the following Monday morning 6am and be done the same day. Come Monday morning 6am they arrived and were indeed done that day. Don't be taken in by a repair salesman taunting fantastic claims just to make you feel better about over-paying! I cannot recommend Vincent and Joe from Salazar Roofing highly enough! From the start, our experience with their team was smooth and stress-free. They took the time to provide a thorough report, complete with detailed pictures of any issues and their proposed solutions, which really put our minds at ease. We felt confident knowing we were in such capable hands.

Their responsiveness was impressive, as they scheduled our repairs immediately. This proved to be a lifesaver! Shortly after, we went on vacation and a big storm hit Josephine. While many in our area faced damage, our newly repaired roof held up beautifully thanks to Salazar Roofing’s exceptional work.

We had to do a complete master bathroom overhaul after discovering some slow leaks and mold, yuck! Our home is older (45 yrs old) and the design of the master bath was always pretty jank, anyway, so we hoped to change the layout significantly.

Vincent and his team ripped it all out and reconstructed the literal master bath of my dreams, using some pictures I found on Houzz. It turned out better than I could have imagined! It’s been several months and we still are so happy every time we walk into it. Everyone who sees it is floored.
