My wife and I went there to find a king size bed. We were escorted to basement storage area and found a bed full assembled for 1250. This bed had minor damage on the rear of the headboard. The told the sales person we would think about it. The lady told us the would reduce the price by 100 dollars because of the damage. And it was a floor model. We decided to buy it because we really needed a bed. During the purchase they increased the price to the original price but said nothing about it. We only had 5 miles to go and every delivery option the gave us was $250. So I decided to get a Home Depot truck for the next day. On the way to pick up the sales lady called as if they were doing us a favor. They found a bed still in the box. We went to pick it up but one of the boxes was beat up.

Against my better judgment I took it thinking if it was damaged they would not sell it to me. I was wrong. I am positive these people knew they were selling me damaged goods. In addition I didn’t know I would have to assemble the headboard which was busted in the rear on both sides. It was very difficult to get the headboard on to the legs. Since nothing lined up I had to put screws to hold it together.

I never took it back because I knew the management would argue that I should have taken it apart and returned it. I would have had to rent another truck. Disassemble the bed on hopes of honesty. I’m sure honesty is not a furniture expression. I just won’t give them any...

Forgot to post a review.. I came into the store sometime in the beginning of the year and found a bed that I loved and was actually suggested by the worker helping me at the time ( she was med height and white) thought she was really helpful because of her showing me every mattress that was inside of the building. Same day I found the mattress that I wanted and was ready to buy but that’s day the credit card machine wasn’t working she said.. So she gave me a receipt with the supposedly information on the mattress that she also told me she had at home and loved it and my balance which was almost $800. The mattress that I chose included a remote to lift the head of the mattress. However the next day when I came back to the store to pay for the bed that I thought I choose… some how I ended up with a regular mattress that i honestly don’t remember seeing. When I realized the mattress wasn’t the one I ordered there wasn’t anything I could do because I had already unpackaged it from the box and took all the plastic off of it which means I couldn’t put the mattress back inside of the box no more. So I basically had to settle for a bed that I didn’t choose and probably paid more for. One of Fayetteville's best kept secrets! I drive by this place frequently and have never been inside the store but today I'm so glad my husband and I decided to take a chance and see what they had to offer. Walking through those doors was one of the best decisions we made. I am so impressed & appreciative of the customer service and professionalism provided by the staff but especially from Stephanie!!! She was beyond patient with us as my husband and I couldn't seem to decide on which furniture was best for our home. She not only walked us through the store, in which this store has an abundance of inventory to choose from but she assisted as we looked through catalogs and even went beyond the call of duty by following up with us after leaving the store by phone to share updates of other options before feeling locked down into something that really wasn't the best fit. I am happy to say because of Stephanie's patience, knowledge, and invested interest in helping us find the right furniture for our home, we will certainly be return customers.
