We live 140 miles away and had to rely on distant internet searches, first impressions and our own instincts to choose a caterer to serve an evening wedding rehearsal dinner for 43 people at a church in Fayetteville. After interviewing four possibilities, we chose Two Brothers Caterers to prepare and serve the meal. We met with Brad to discuss the arrangements and pricing. He was friendly, responsive and reasonable in negotiations, proposing some ideas to modify the menu and the service that saved us money in some cases and improved our attempt to achieve a relaxed but elegant meal served buffet-style and a comfortable social setting. The written estimate we received was detailed, clear, timely and accurate. There was no attempt to nickel-and-dime us into paying more. Brad generously offered to add a carving station for our roast beef meat choice at no extra charge, for example. We had two tastings, one with Two Brothers and the other with the competitor we thought might be close as a comparison. The food was much better from the Two Brothers, which was what eventually led us to choose them. The food at the tasting was also just like the food at the actual dinner, so there was no bait-and-switch. The Two Brothers’ pricing was not the lowest of the four bids we received but it was the best value. Our guest count turned out to be more than we expected because of the unplanned arrival of seven extra attendees. Brad and his crew stepped right up, very graciously provided another table and place settings at no additional charge and with no complaint. We were bothered but grateful that the problem was handled so seamlessly. The serving crew was nicely dressed, very professional and helpful in serving and cleaning up as they went, remaining unobtrusive but quite personable. They enjoyed their work, did it well as a team and made an excellent impression. We had chosen a menu of honey garlic pork loin, chicken parmesan and roast beef au jus served with three vegetables, yeast rolls and butter and a pre-plated salad. We ordered a cupcake assortment for dessert and also provided a champagne glass fruit salad with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and pineapple, all fresh and brightly colored as we wished. The Two Brothers added raspberries as a nice touch, an extra color and a pleasant surprise at no extra charge. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and the champagne glass fruit salad was a big hit, topped with fresh whipped cream. That was intended for some guests with gluten sensitivity but it was so good, it wound up being at least as popular with the gluten-tolerant guests as well. We paid extra for deli lunch trays for the 16 members of the wedding parties but the pricing was just as fair and of equivalent value as the main dinner meal. That extra food was delivered, as was the rest, on time and in fresh and well-presented condition. Our guests were obviously pleased and well-nourished after the meal. We heard comments such as “Wow!”, “I felt like I was in a fine restaurant” and “Was that roast beef or beef tenderloin?” (It was roast beef, but the most tender and juicy and skillfully and properly-cooked roast beef we have ever eaten.) We would highly and without reservation recommend Two Brothers Catering for any meal event in the Fayetteville area. The food is excellent, the desserts are divine and the service is impeccable. The pricing, though a little (actually, very little) higher than some competitors, is clearly worth the difference in taste, service, purchasing experience and efficiency. Two Brothers Catering makes wedding planning seem easy when we all know its not! First of all, they are incredibly easy to work with! Truly amazing customer service and experts in what they do! They are almost a one stop shop as they live and breathe events literally every day so they can help you with a lot of things, not just food!

My daughters wedding was held at Studio 215 in Fayetteville. We chose Two Brothers from the list of approved vendors provided by Studio 215. Two Brothers sent us very helpful information and menu options as soon as we contacted them. Kaleh and Brad were super accessible and helpful. After several back and forth emails and phone calls, Kaleh and Brad did a taste testing with my daughter which included complete meals of all the options we had selected. Incredible! They really took the time and put forth the effort to get our business! We felt valued by them and confident in them right from the start!

I'm of the mindset that more food is better than not enough and I like guests to have options so we selected a lot of food but Keleh and Brad know and will recommend exactly what you need. The price was very reasonable. We had several vegetarians and they easily accommodated us. I will say that you should always order extra vegetarian options because experience has shown me that meat eaters always want some of the vegetarian option. The pasta purses were the first to go!

In addition to the food, Keleh, for a fee, does chalk art and she did the design for the chalk wall at Studio 215. It was perfect and provided a great backdrop for photos! Keleh, again for a fee (it's a business after all:-)), played wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding. She was at Studio 215 from 9:00 am until after midnight! She made sure all of the vendors arrived and set up while we were at the church. I can't say enough how incredibly helpful it was to know that when we got there it would all be set up and ready to go. If you don't have a wedding planner or chalk artist, hire Keleh!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Two Brothers Catering for our annual HealthKeeperz Barnabas Banquet held at the Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations. From the moment we began working with them, it was clear that we had made the right choice.
