KFC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

It doesn't matter which KFC I go to, every single time there's an issue when I order wings and don't let me ask for "original" wings then there's an even bigger issue(INFINITE EXCLAMATION MARK!!!!!!!) The list of excuses as to why they aren't available at the moment is as long as your arm. They aren't cooked (Pull forward we'll We just ran out. Do you want to wait? We stop serving wings at 2000hrs. Do you want something in place of wings. We have crispy wings but not "original." Would you like to 5. We're completely out of wings of all types. Many people such as myself only go to KFC to get wings of some kind. I completely understand the food cost issue managers have to deal with on a monthly. However, if the wings that we came there for we're available just 10% of the time we ordered them the food cost would drop drastically!! Why, because the cost of wings in comparison to other items on the menu. It has driven me away from KFC completely. Here are the details of my visit I drive up to the restaurant and there is not one single person at this restaurant other than the people working there they asked me to pull up because it would be 4 minutes for my chicken strips. I asked the woman to please not forget me because I am disabled and it is hard to walk on my leg. 4 minutes they told me it would be 10 minutes later I had to get out of my car walk into the restaurant there was no one working at the front of the restaurant. The service here was so bad that I cannot even explain to you how bad it was. Seems to be eating normal for fast food restaurants in this area. I used to love to go to Bojangles period after numerous experiences that were not pleasant at Bojangles for they're terribly burnt biscuits and burnt chicken I will never go back there again Owen Drive restaurants step up to the plate. You should not have to be stressed out over a visit to a fast food restaurant my experience was terrible. Will I go back there again do I have a choice not many things over on Owen Drive but fast food restaurants it is a real joke. KFC and Bojangles are you trying to destroy...

they don't close at 10 PM they start closing at 7:30 PM you have to wait 20 minutes or more to get the wrong chicken you want extra crispy they give you what they got that usually their standard chicken you have to wait for the potatoes you have to wait for the potato wedges you have to wait for all of it and you can watch them try to make it in the background I put it in a microwaves don't eat there that store needs of people on second shift fired the new people brought in there that want their jobs you guys can't be working and can't have waist you got to have some waste you just don't shut down like that when people on a Friday night want food
