Whomever the dispatcher was was extremely rude he cursed at me (I was helping a neighbor out) because there was a language barrier they were given the wrong address and even after he (the dispatcher) was given the correct address he never apologized for his unprofessional foul language. The delivery men were professional and nice but the dispatcher was extremely rude if I could give negative stars for customer experience I would!!!! Worst place ever to buy your furniture. They will take more than a month to send it to you, then you will receive defective furniture. Whenever you will try to discuss the issue with the representative, I don't know if he is the owner, he shout bully words and even try to threaten you by saying he will call you on justice for harassment. They don't take responsibility for their mistake, if you don't act clever, you won't get anything...

We had Mr. Henry order a power recliner for us that the store doesn't normally stock. Recliner arrived at the store, then delivered and set-up in our home. Mr. Henry is a pleasure to do business with, so much so that we went back less than a week later and bought a new sofa chaise.
