Signature Flight Support BWI - Baltimore Washington Int'l Airport — Local services in Ferndale

Lazy workers. Waited at the hangar door for 20 minutes for them to let me in the hangar to get to our airplane even after I had called on the phone and asked at the desk for someone to let me in the hangar. Instead they were laughing about smoking hookah in their hideaway at the front desk. They never let me in and I had to end up walking outside and around the building to get into it. They refused to give us the freezable items that we left behind the counter because they weren't "labeled." It literally had our tail number on it. How much more "labeled" do you have to get? On top of this, the lady was rude to us about it claiming that she had already given us the items when they clearly hadn't. They were late pulling us out. I had the best day in this airport,me and my husband was hanging around in the pilot lounge ans in the reception we had the blast,the staff are so friendly,very natural ,smile and we felt like they are our long time friends,richard he was from canada he is amazing very helpful and very alert ,to any customer in the airport ,driving the gulfcart ,they are helping each other , the bad steve ,and good steve,they just help each other and make evrything job well done quick,and the security desk incharge jalz he was from france,and jason he was from ph,my kababayan,they all made our day,congrats management u got the excellent...

I’m rather impressed with this Signature. Probably one of the most security aware and disciplined. They always greet you in pairs and you never have to wait for the fuel truck. For some reason, this location never seems to confuse the catering order or lose any part of it. They communicate really well with each other, even during poor weather and high traffic volume.
