Avoid this place!! I dropped off a failing servo motor out of our CNC machine. Didn't hear anything from them for 2 months. I called a few times and never received a call back. Called them again, they told me they forgot about it and would get to it right away. Then another 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call again and the guy tells me they can't find the manufacturer's specs online. So I do a google search and 3 minutes later I find the specs. I print them out, drop them off and he tells me he can fix it the next day. Once again, I hear nothing back for a week. So I call back and he just says "we can't fix it, you need to buy a new one". I doubt that's even true, but if it is, would have been nice to know that 3 months ago. I hope they realize how something like this can screw over a...
