Friendly service, staff usually courteous and helpful. Unfortunately they do sell outdated product and I have seen multiple times dates on meat, deli products have been changed; example hamburger will have one sell by date sticker And then a later dated sticker will be placed on top of earlier dated sticker. Bottle machines constantly breaking down, employees servicing machines often seem irritated and disgruntled when called to bottle area, a sink has been installed in foyer area near bottles but has been in disrepair since instslled. They do have a western union but has needed software update for 8 weeks And when I ask about it, have been told they don't profit from it being there, so not even sure if or when they will get it updated. Very basic neighborhood store with limited stock, but most your major brand stuff. House made meats are good. Thats wher the good stops, Deli is limited...potato salad or macaroni salad? Even though i checked the ends in the store I got corn home only to find it was moldy...some staff was friendly, others were grouchy...when I can I would skip them and go to family fare in Kalkaska but that's 15+...
