Amazon RNT9 — Local services in Fife

RNT9 Amazon is an amazing Amazon everyone there is very kind & considerate.

When I was in pain & sickly everyone took care of me. Even when I worked everyone helped each other out. When I was hungry they always gave out snacks waters and high fives. Don't get frustrated if you can't understand they teach well if you need a helping hand they will help you

& if your falling they will pick you up.

HR/wellness center is more than a family they protect very well. The leadership is a natural guide that helps you no matter the circumstances. No matter the religious background no matter the color of skin or height & sickness they don't disregard this unique Amazon is one that works with & for everyone

also helps each employee excel to maintain their self to be the best for the customer And enables them to have a positive environment to excel in the outside world of work creating a protective barrier.

Amazon Rnt9 gave me a purpose helped me understand that I can.

Even when I couldn't reach a goal they talked with me advocated for me helped me reached amazonian goals so that I could.

When I couldn't no more they taught me how to maintain a positive out look to gather skills accordingly to my disability to be able to work light work. If it wasn't for this Amazon I would of fell an not gotten up.

They all put a hand into getting me into the right environment.

I would like to give a honest review of this facility, from the inside. Also, from reading other reviews, there are some misconceptions and Im not sure how people think this place is responsible for loosing their packages.

I do maintenance work at RNT9 along with many other Amazons and other shipping companies in general. This facility is not a last mile facility. If you item comes to this facility it does not go out for delivery from here. Any items that do come here get palletize and shipped to other Amazon facilities to be delivered to the final destination. Infact, you would probably never know your package came to RNT9, as Amazon tracking information is very vague.

There is no way anybody can steal your packages from this facility. There is one way in and one way out. Employees are have to go through security, and no packages never even come close to the exit. Packages come to the facility in trailers that have security seals and they are open by only a few Employees and they take pictures of every trailer before and after they are emptied. Then they go through the sorting area, in which Employees do not touch them. Them items are palletized and off they go to other...

Yeah , I ordered an IPad paid over $300 for my mother, it arrived to this place and it was supposed to be here the 7th at 4 to 8AM I waited and all of a sudden I opened the app to it saying my item “might be lost” I’m 99.9 sure it got stolen because I had no issues before and now I do. I am beyond frustrated, contacted amazon and told them to replace the item and compensate the extra money I paid for 24 hour delivery. Thanks a lot Amazon not impressed as of lately with you guys.
