They used to have very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I stopped by today and as soon as I walked in, I could tell things had changed. The employee (who later claimed to be a manager) was so distracted by his phone and 10-12 year old daughter, that he didn't realize I was in the store. After his daughter greeted me, he then looked up from his phone. The look on his face made it clear that my presence annoyed him. I asked a question and instead of the let me help you attitude I was still foolishly expecting, I was challenged. I explained that the previous employee had helped me the last time I was there. I received a blank stare in return. Do not expect to receive any type of assistance from the employee that is currently there. The employees here displayed poor work etiquette since I first started to go here. The first time I went here I didn't know much about the puffer sticks and when I told the employee I wanted to know more about the puffer sticks the employee threw attitude at me because I wanted to know more information about them. He began talking super fast about the product and I couldn't keep up with him. Really made me feel that he either didn't like helping people or he didn't like me. Either way, I didn't appreciate being treated that way and he wasn't talking to other customers like that. DO NOT PURCHASE ELF BARS HERE!! THEY ARE TRASH! I purchased one today and I tried one in front of them and they witnessed that it was faulty. They did not want to exchange it until I made a big deal about it. Upon opening a new one, I also tried it in front of them and realized it was not as good as the ones I've purchased before but I ended up leaving with it. after a few puffs, I realized that it stays burning after i puff it. Of course since I left the store, there's no returning it. I literally threw away $25 today.
