John came to look at my washing machine , took the top and back off . Told me what needed to be fixed to get it to balance its self again.. we have been using it and manual balance it out our selves for a while, whats a few more days till the springs come in, well anyways when we went to use it , we found the hose now has a hole in it and is leaking everywhere.... I called the office and the lady who answered the phone was rudely saying it was unlikely that John caused the hole and she would have him call me.. well it wasn't leaking two days before he came when we used it 5 times in a row ... I understand accidents happen and all but she was extremely rude and I haven't heard back from either one of them about fixing the hose till I called again and the woman was again very rude, now I'm down $95 for a service fee and have a leaking washing machine i can't use!! Horrible customer service! He did not remove the hose from the washer before taking off the back which I believe to be how it got the hole.. she said it was my fault and she couldn't understand how it was his fault because he had been doing it for 30 years. She said I was being rude for calling and asking him to come back. I said I didn't understand why she was being so rude to me and she said it was because I did it and because the day before I gave her the wrong number for him to call..    Read moreI have been a loyal customer of FA for more than 30 years. That ends today. I was expecting to have a gas oven igniter replaced TODAY. I gave Karen the Model #, thinking that she would order a new igniter last week, but she didn't. Instead, she sent John to "diagnose" the issue. I have had this oven for 22 years and every 5 years or so, it needs a new igniter. I already diagnosed the problem and just wanted to expedite the process. Karen said that's not how a service call works, implied that I was not intelligent enough to "get it right" and then she hung up on me. Thankfully, I was smart enough to NOT pay the extortion price.
