We came here for my son's wrestling tournament and I was not pleased with the experience. I feel like this business is greedy and picking the pockets of hardworking families. First of all, this arena is set between an industrial area and residential zone. We almost missed my son's first match because the traffic was horrendous and multiple events were occurring at the same time. I feel bad for the neighbors that have to deal with this on a daily basis. Then, we had to park quite a distance away on a dirt ledge. I wouldn't have minded this so much but we had to pay $10 for parking, which is an absolute joke. The entrance fee is reasonable but I just wish they didn't charge for children. Inside, the arena is spacious and set up nicely. There is a bridge, bar area, and two concessions, along with a small arcade. This event was particularly large and it did not seem like the concession staff had enough help. I had to wait 45 minutes in line and they do not allow any outside food. Everyone in my party's cell phone would not work on the first floor. This ended up being problematic because we needed service to see when the next matches would occur. I found out afterwards that Game On charges to use the wifi. I would not come here again unless Game On starts to rethink their business practices for...
Read moreGame On stands out as an exemplary sports facility that truly lives up to its reputation. During a recent visit for a field hockey tournament, the facility's adaptability and quality were immediately apparent. The conversion of their state-of-the-art basketball courts into indoor field hockey spaces was seamlessly executed, providing an optimal playing environment.
The presence of a nice restaurant on the property adds a touch of convenience and luxury, offering a place to relax and refuel without needing to leave the venue. The concession stands also deserve praise for their decent selection, catering to quick snacks or drinks between games.
Not to overlook, the outdoor fields are equally impressive, well-maintained, and visually appealing, suggesting that Game On is equipped to host a wide range of sports events and activities.
Overall, the experience at Game On was nothing short of fantastic. From the facilities to the food options, every aspect was designed with the attendees' satisfaction in mind. This sports complex is highly recommended for anyone looking to participate in or host a sports event. The quality of the facilities and the overall atmosphere make it a top choice for sports enthusiasts and...
Read moreI wanted to enter a middle school team into a tournament here. I emailed the tournament coordinator and asked if there are any additional fees. I specifically mentioned parking and admission. He emailed back that there would be no charge for parking and it would be $5 per day for admission. This is the information I gave to parents. We decided to pay the $300 to enter the tournament. 3 days before the tournament we were told that it’s actually $10 per day for admission. I told them we registered based off what they told us the price would be. I asked what they could do about this. The rep said they could do nothing. I viewed this as essentially raising the price of the tournament for our families after having given us a different price. I felt swindled. We’re a middle school intramural all star team, not a serious aau or travel team. When I mentioned I might want a refund out of principle he accused me of complaining and ruining the tournament for the others who entered. Terrible customer service and...
