The person I spoke to at the front desk was Kathy and immediately she became grouchy when I asked her how she was doing...very sad. I had the proper paperwork from the VA showing that I am permanently 100% disabled. This was the same award letter that I used a week ago at the DMV for my vehicle registration. She told me it was the wrong document and I had to go back to the VA and have them fill out a form for me...anybody who's dealt with the VA knows what a joke that is. I will get this squared away, but bottom line is if you don't like your job Kathy...get a new one where you don't have to deal with us veteran types. You ma'am are rude and should not be able to work in...

I had a very wonderful experience with the nice ladies from Fish & Game in Flagstaff today. I made the 1 hour drive today to get my Pioneer Hunt & Fishing license. I had printed out the application in advance (they were available there), and I called the number for the office when I got there. It is posted on the door. Because of the Covid-19 virus ,they gave me the instructions where to leave my papers outside, and asked me to wait in my car while they printed the license for me. It only took a few minutes. I have been looking forward to this special license for many years! Thank you ladies, of Fish And Game of Arizona. You made my 70th birthday...

Every single time I have been here they are kind and efficient. The helped with a glitch in their system that wasn't showing my bonus points. They always answer their phones. I will be back and would not agree with the 1 stars on here.

I would agree that their website needs work and could be more intuitive. Have some Millennial web designer work on it. The system keeps changing but this is an issue with their corporate office.
