Read moreLet me start off by saying that I'm a professional chef and caterer that's been in the business for over 20 years. I'm always looking for new products and ideas. Nate has definitely upped the spice blend game! His Sweet Amber Fire is crazy good. I used it on a sugar plum candied pork belly that I make as an appetizer and it was amazing! It's flavor profile has just enough heat and sweet to set it aside from other general barbecue blends. I'm looking forward to what he comes up with next. I highly recommend Nate's Smokehouse BBQ Blends! ~Dana Liljequist, Chef, Owner, Lily...
