Please take your business elsewhere! One of the rudest interactions I’ve ever experienced. I was very excited to try this place so I called to check about how to book appointments and pricing because the website doesn’t work. Not only was I hung up on but when I called back she was still very rude despite the fact that I was very polite. When I called back (still being very respectful because it was for my son and I didn’t want to ruin that for him) she said to send her some pictures of what he wanted. I said thank you and asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and hung up on me again and then proceeded to block my number so I couldn’t even send the pictures. Ola was absolutely wonderful. I was only in town a few days and needed an appointment, so contacted Ola late the night before and she cheerfully gave me an appointment for the following day. I wanted “goddess braids” and she did an “excellent” job in under 4 hours. She was very professional, kind and accommodating. I work in DC but will definitely fly home to get my hair done.
