[M22Jul2024 review] The Good, the Bad & the Ugly
Very glad they had the 5/16-24 fine thread tap and hard-to-find letter I bit to tap the ground runners for my Fred Cain bush hog rebuild because I did NOT want to drive all the way to a Revell, HD or Lowes for what any good local hardware should always have on hand. The bad is I noticed they’re rearranging things in more logical and convenient locations and was very pleased to see they FINALLY dug the popcorn machine out of storage and put it center stage BUT NO 🍿POPCORN😔 even though I made my purchase at 2:30 pm.
At checkout I asked if they could pop some? I don’t even know how to do it...the girls normally make it sometimes...[I asked two young ladies who were stocking paint shelves, one who spoke with someone through a collar mic] could you come back tomorrow...he said if it wasn’t so late in the day he would pop some [paraphrases].
“That’s a lame excuse and tell him that,” I replied walking out of the store thinking 🤔 next time I will probably find an excuse to visit any Revel where the popcorn 🍿 machine is ALWAYS run daily.

First off according to, two other Stihl dealers who took a look at the parts on my machine this company outright lied about their diagnosis that they charged me for even though my item was still under warranty and they did not do what they said they did. With that specific machine still has some plastic parts in there that are prone to failure and the corporation just says that it can be to multiple conditions if they are not absolutely ideal then it's your fault. This makes the warranty you pay for useless even though I have other shops that say it was a parts failure in two different areas that I had...
Read moreI tried to make a substantial lumber purchase. They said they could get it, next week, and we agreed. Then he spoke with a manager that said they could not get it at all. I asked to speak to the manager, so that I could see what they could get that might work for me. He said that the manager was busy. That manager was not too busy to have a conversation through the employee, but was too busy to speak directly. Poor business operation. This would have been a $4000 sale for them. I guess that is not enough for the manager. I would put more competent people in my customer...
