Family Dollar Store in Flora, MS is in desperate need of customer service training beginning with the Manager. The store already is mostly unstocked and the little products you do have to sale, you have an attitude with the customers and talking very rude and unprofessional with paying customer and then have the nerve to tell me that you are the manager. Happy to see store location in Flora; However it is. going down hill fast. Store not stocked as when opened some staff friendly others need to go. Check out male was not friendly and had to be told that I didn’t know my total cost as it didn’t show and he was rude when he had to actually speak. Store closes at moments notice. Been there on Saturday am abt 830 to find (manager) leaving said she was sick and had no one to work??? Bought a mattress cover and tried to return it bc it didn't fit , I had not even put on my bed I just picked up the wrong size and they wouldn't swap it out for the right size and I've gotten a pair of shoes and didn't swap them for right size.
