Today i needed a lot of items , mower parts, trailer axle ,cable, to much to list everything was going great a usual , So i was looking at the cable 7/32 air craft cable on the spool. a guy that work walk by and I ask him if he would help me, I need a 100 ft of acc , he said sure i'll be right with you. few minutes he came back. he took the cable a started toward the west end of the store . he had ask me to help him feed it of the spool,and i did. everything was going great, And this Tim shows up and snatched the cable while i was feeding it off the spool. And the ask me how much do you want? I said i already told the guy at the out end of it i wanted a 100ft. Tim was just a butt hole.. And i was tired of his attitude . He ask did i want all of the cable . I said no, just cut my 100ft. I really was just going to buy the rest of the cable because it would be a shot piece no one would ever buy like 4 other short rolls hanging up there. I've been going to florence store. and there are some great people working there. But as long as Tim works there, I want be back . I buy around 3 -600 weekly . building trailers ,tires and farm equipment welding supplys. But i will buy from Tractor Supply in Lumberton from now own. I.m just as close to one as the other. I still don't no what Tim was so Rude for, maybe he's not a Trump fan ,And he's still in shock? If you have to go there the rest of the workers and manager are super , and a A plus for the guys in the Lawn and Garden section. Just watch out for the grouch Tim in the chain and Axle section. The absolute worst. I called Ace Pumps and they told me they had a pump that they could ship out right away. I called Agri and gave them the part number and the person that I spoke to at Ace and all of the information. I said all I need is the price and I will get you an order. They called me back and told me the pump was obsolete. I called Ace back and he said that was wrong. Emailed them again. Hours later, they get me a quote. I immediately sent them the purchase order so that they would have time to ship out my NDA. They called me twenty minutes before the cutoff for NDA and told me they could not process the order fast enough to get the order shipped. I hung up and called Ace direct and they shipped it out right away no problem. Over two days, they could not get me a quote and process an order when given the part number, the manufacturer, and the contact person at the manufacturer; and this was the MANAGER I was...

I spoke with Bud and I have to say best customer service I have gotten in years he was super helpful and informative he steered me to the tight product I wanted to buy I spoke with nikki at the Tifton location she was helpfull but did not have the tiller in stock so she transferred me to bud in Florence who arranged for me to pick up from the Statesboro store and u spoke with Steve at Statesboro who was also helpful but Bud went above and beyond my expectations of being helped thanks so much agrisupply it means alot to be taken care of when your treading in new waters.
