So far, so good...Security was nice and professional and actually gave realistic expectations for a wait time. Assigned dock #5 behind 2 other trucks with similar product. Receiving personnel/Dock worker was nice and professional as well and said it would be at least two hours (I was 3.5 hrs early for my 2100 appt). Only time will tell. I'll give them 4 stars to start out with, though... Reading all previous reviews I was not real optimistic coming here, but your attitude from the beginning will determine how your experience plays out. UPDATE Started at 4 stars, ending at 1. Finally put into a dock at about 2215, out at 2345 and decided after being up for 21 hours, I didn't feel safe driving to my reserved spot at the Flying J 10 miles south... I was finally woken up just b4 0800 and asked to move out of the way. Simply put this place is just poorly managed and I can tell the line level employees are doing the best with the hand they're dealt...the delays and schedule conflicts for in/out bound loads stem from the top management at this location. I get the feeling that when Marvin Schwan was around, this place would not be run...

Arrived 25 mins before my appointment time. Checked in and given instructions on where to go. The yard jockeys will tell you your door number. The wait time killed my clock so not much to run with this load 2,178 miles in 3 days 🥴🙄 thanks you guys (oh let’s not forget I’m headed to Cali gotta love the 55mph). Brokers thinking they can do something calling about loading. The waiting for the door took the longest. Then the staff came out to ask for my PO. Wow I don’t you need that before loading me. Needless to say 5 & 1/2 hours later I had to go inside and find out about my paperwork. The staff said he was outside doing God knows what finally 20 mins after late I get released full trailer barely could set load locks double stacked nose to tail 🙄 . I was praying that the scale ticket would be correct thank Goodness it was. Didn’t see much for restroom other than portajohns. Staff was some what ok don’t seem to happy to be working but we’re very respectful. Oh the truck stops in the area are slim to none and fill up...

I'm sure everyones experience varies. I was 2 hrs early for appointment, was guided by gaurd to follow around road till I saw a Stop sign n wait! But alas, continuing as directed. You see a sign that states "Exit Only"! .(come to learn That sign is a tad misleading). Spotter told me to just park and he would come back when it was my turn! Appointment 12:30, Docked for load at 12:50, Loaded and ready 14:30 !..A bit o drama from the crowd!.. Expected the worst..was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! Lost a star , when I called to ensure they knew I was at drop area, guy on phone was less than amicable!.. I'd venture again! O/O soo my...
