They will rip you if you give them the chance. Extremely unprofessionally and rude. Called two separate times and got two extremely different quotes. Needed a subwoofer/amp, stereo, and back up camera installed to an 03 suburban. Could tell right off the bat he was going to quote me out of laziness because he wouldn't shut up about how much work it was. When I told him I was quoted much less a week ago after his outrageous quote, instead of getting to the bottom of the problem he starts complaining to me about his co-workers and I quote, "not being too smart or clear". Sounds like a great guy to work around. Only "work" it requires is running wire as a set was already installed years ago. I got quoted $300 to install the head unit, speakers, amp and camera for 6 hours of work. Didn't know it took 6 hours for a speaker shop to run wire. Regardless a shop in Cincinnati done the job for $300 in an hour and a half, not 6. I was probably told 3-4 times about how much work it required. I installed them myself 10 years ago at 15, and honestly just don't have the 3-4 hours a shop should be able...

Bought a brand new Hyundai and had tint service included as part of the contract. The dealer sent my car to the Audio Shop to get the windows tinted. Picked the car up after service to discover bubbles all over every window and decided to give it a week or so for the bubbles to evaporate. After two weeks not only were the bubbles still there, more popped up so I called them to fix the issue. It seems as if they replaced the tint on the side windows, but the rear window looked untouched because the same bubbles were still all around the entire window. On top of that, I discovered they damaged the heating elements on the rear window as if they were scraped off in many different places. Also discovered they left spots of window adhesive all over the carpeting under the back window which will not come out. I don't often feel very compelled to do customer reviews despite the number of time I have reviewed them personally and how much I value them but The Audio Shop is the exception to that rule. In 2013, I discovered The Audio Shop online and based on past customer reviews and a tour of the shop I decided to purchase a remote start as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. With the cost of a remote start and being a first time buyer I was skeptical at first but Bryon and his crew never let me down. I was able to come in and turn right back around and walk out that night with everything installed and he even was nice enough to treat me to lunch. Who does that these days? Not the dealership. My girlfriend and I love our Compu-star remote starter with Drone technology and love never worrying about locking our keys in the car, scraping the windows, or getting fried in the summertime ever again!...
