Great community park with a playground (mostly fenced with a large ungated entrance, park benches with no shade, and an abundance of swings/ baby swings), pavilions with picnic tables, a beautiful boardwalk through the woods and over the lake/stream (bring food for the ducks and turtles you’ll see!), a few trails through the woods as well as a large walking loop around the entire park, lots of great climbing trees, a skatepark (no bikes) with both large bowls and beginner slopes, brand new tennis courts, pickleball courts, soccer and baseball fields, and 2 dog parks (one is divided up between small/large and then a separate area within the large dog park has a lake). It’s a dog-friendly park throughout as well as bike-friendly but not on the trails. You’ll find lots of games and their spectators here on the weekends and weeknights which makes a fun atmosphere for fall evenings. Lots of families bring their kids, dogs, wheeled toys, kites, balls, etc and post up in the fields adjacent to the playground for a picnic and play. Only con is the lack of street lamps so once it’s dark, only the baseball fields get light and the playground becomes unsafe as well as the lack of shade around the playground for parents...

A Team Pain built and designed skatepark with great flow, small are for the kiddie park, a 2 and 3 foot mini pipe. Upstairs has everything up to a 9 foot inverted pool at its deepest end, a quick 6 feet on it's most shallow end. Fun rails, and great lines. You can spend hours and days at this skatepark and find new lines and flow. If your in northeast Florida, anywhere near the Jacksonville area, Daytona area, it's inbetween both and worth the trip. A snack bar is open different dates throughout the year. Tennis and racquet ball courts, 2 full basketball courts with regulation rim's.
