I want to rate them higher but their customer service is just terrible. I'm at the store now. Been in the store 20 minutes and not a single employee has said one word to me. In fact, 2 employees walked right passed me and didn't ask if I needed help or anything. As a person who use to be a manager in the retail industry, this is just absolutely not acceptable. I'm really big on customer service. Make me feel like you want me to shop at your store. At least ask if I need help. I walk out of stores who's employees don't engage with the customers. They have the baseball bat that my son wants on sale. But I will go to a different store and pay full price for the bat just based off my experience in this store. Totally...

I asked for the manager the guy said he was they manger they closed he was rude and keep yelling their closed I stood outside the door & window for 20 minutes to see if someone would come outside to talk to me eventually but the girl that was in there who I spoke to first came out got in her car and drove while still seeing me standing there! Read morePer our select baseball team, we HAD to use this company to buy our uniforms. We placed our order on February 5, 2025. Here we are, May 16,2025, and still waiting on items! The times we have called to check the status of our order, all they do is make excuses that the uniforms are coming from China and they are only receiving 1 at a time. I asked if they couldn't order thru another vendor, and they said no because they were in contract with Rawlings. If you ask me Rawlings is breaching their contract and I would be more concerned with the customer and make it right. At this point, our season is almost over, so what's the point?
