If I could, I'd rate this place with 0 stars! The delivery drivers are the most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with. Today is Saturday. Initially, the delivery was scheduled in-store for delivery on Monday between 4p -6p. They sent an email on the delivery date stating it would be delivered between 12-2pm. After missing the first delivery I specified to customer service that no one will be home until AFTER 4. Delivery was rescheduled 3 days later between 4-6p. The date of 2nd delivery, the driver called around 2pm stating they could deliver early. I explained to him that I was at work & wouldn't be home until after 4. Needless to say, I STILL didn't receive my product. No follow-up phone call to let me know they were on the way or anything. They lied like they came by, but didn't. We tried rescheduling AGAIN for the next day & the customer service rep said the next delivery availability wouldn't be until another few days, so we ended up having to pick up the appliance from a the distribution warehouse. Clearly these people are incapable of thinking logically or following simple instructions. What a waste of...
Read moreI needed a pedestal for the new washer that was being delivered today. Best Buy claimed on Google to have 2 pedestals available for pick up at this store. I went in and asked if they had the pedestal for me to purchase & take with me, as I had an installer coming at 1:45 pm to install my new washer and wanted to have them put it on the correct pedestal for me. The associate said no, they did not have any in the store (...despite what Best Buy claimed on Google shopping), but that I could purchase it and drive 15 min over to their warehouse and pick it up. I did so and when I reached the warehouse the woman in tbe office said the order had not been processed yet and she did not know when it would be. At this point I left so that I could get home in time for the delivery of my washer. If Best Buy is not going to stock items in their stores, that is fine with me, but I don't think they should state that items are available to pick up there if they are not on site ...(or at the very least give a truthful estimate of the amount of lead time necessary in order to pick an item up...
Read moreScheduled delivery window 4-8.Worst people I have ever had to deal with. I get a call saying they are 5 minutes away from my house At 4:00. I tell the driver i am 35-40 mins away in traffic now and was supposed to have a 30 min courtesy call. He says ok he will wait. As soon as we hang up the dispatch calls me and says he can only wait 15 mins. I say i recieved no courtesy call amd she says she will call me back. On the call back I have Lynette telling me she got text message pictures saying they called at 3:15. Which is untrue, I just talked to the driver. And that they wont wait. The lady was rude and inferred I was lying. I will be cancelling all Best Buy orders I have where they allow this distribution center to act like this. Rude lady.
Edit: I have recieved an edited image that clearly has a 1 edited over the 5 to make it look like they called 40 mins before they did. I wish i could post the image on here it looks like it was done in MS Paint. Does anyone monitor these? Best...
