We could not be more pleased with our buying experience from Pearl River Pickers!

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted and asked if we needed help. They remained attentive and available without being pushy or hovering. They were so helpful in answering questions for us and giving us options. They were also patient, and we didn't feel like we were obligated to purchase or that we were taking too long to decide. Once we decided to purchase, they were open to negotiating packages for us to include more chairs that made us feel like we got an excellent deal over other locations with similar pieces.

The loading staff were friendly and helpful as well. They brought out multiple pieces so that we could select the one we liked best, since the distressing was different on each piece. We were thrilled to see how attentive they were to ensuring the quality of their products from the leveling of the legs on the furniture to the care they took in wrapping each and every piece and packing it extremely carefully in our truck. I have never purchased from anywhere that was as attentive to the small details and care of the items as they were.

Found this awesome business purely by accident. Huge display area. Lots of choices, colors and textures. Beds, sofas, recliners and whole room packages…. Most importantly, fair low prices. Our Furniture Consultant, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly and on top of the game. He answered all our questions. And showed us what “we” wanted to see not what they wanted to sell. Great place....
