Great place if I'm being truly honest, the new management is much greater than what I've heard of the. previous owner, the vendors are all very kind. Though I am a vendor, before me and my family fully decided taking a booth we were just customers. We actually went to one of the stores 'Nerd out!' (which has to be one of the greatest stores there) to sell a few manga I had owned, it was rainy and the people there were so nice, all booths are very well set up and have at least something you'll need, hoopers garage has great clothing and pretty jewelry, the charnel house is connected to hoopers and has creepy and spooky things marty and Michelle who run those stores are very friendly and talkative,Ms.julie who has a bunch of antiques and jewelry is just the sweetest lady, Hannah who runs the store 'moon sisters remedy store' has some very amazing spiritual products like, incense, jewelry, candles, oils and shes always playing some awesome music on her record player, and then rock of ages who sells the most beautiful crystals, gems, rocks and resin figures is a great place for an easy gift, right across rock of ages would be odd bobs, its a cool place for a gift for yourself,or a friend who happens to be a music fanatic (not talking about myself hehe) odd bobs has probably a thousand records and hundreds of cd to choose from and also good band T-Shirts,posters,and really just a lot of stuff, and it's really hard to write down all of my favorite stores so I'll just do what all I can remember!! crochet queen makes beautiful crocheted cuddly toys, Kim's store has jewelry (can you tell jewelry is a big thing around here? lol) duck toys and more, then Nerd out I have to say that it might be the most popular store there, they have so many cards there's like more than a million there, there's collectibles, cards (obv),manga, games, and the people there are just the best people go in and out of there everyday because its not just a store its also a hang out place you can sit down and make friends, play games, and just have a good time and also there's still so much furniture to pick from so grab the good stuff so I don't get my hands on it okay? (I have to talk about one more store okay?) MY STORE come please visit me and my family at variety vault, we sell jewelry,Funko POP's (there's like so many), figurines and everyday items you might need, and theres always a sale going on! we will bargain our butts off! Please come to the flea market (I really wish I could tell you about all the vendors there they're all so so awesome but I don't want to just spout names of the vendors and expect you to know them without saying their shops name when my stupid brain cant remember the names of their...
Read moreDisorganized. Most of the staff was extremely rude. 2 ladies sitting at a cell phone case booth were extremely rude to my elderly father when he asked a question about an item. There was one very nice lady who helped us in one booth, but otherwise not a positive experience. Many items were not marked and no one was available to help. I would probably have bought more if items were priced and people were friendlier, because they had some nice things. The rudeness to my father (the sweetest person you'll ever meet) sealed the deal for me. No more. We have vacationed here for years and always wanted to visit, and this year finally did. We won't likely be back. We try to frequent small businesses here and were looking forward to supporting local booth owners. Someone needs to really look at the management of this market and make improvements. We love it down here because the people here are consistently so friendly and inviting. This was not a typical experience for this area. Not good. Not...
Read moreThe only thing that makes this place worth visiting is when you go in the front door to the left is a Mexican, oh yeah truly Mexican restaurant. The people who have this quaint / small restaurant cook all the desserts for all the Mexican restaurants in the area the area. The aroma.... just unbelievable mouth-watering or maybe drooling. Just plan to go to the flea market on Saturday so you can enjoy this authentic Mexican food. There isn't a Mexican restaurant in Baldwin County that comes close to this place( that I am aware of). I haven't eaten here but if the aroma of food is an indication this is going to be a fabulous place to eat.. Now back to the flea market it is nothing more than an outlet mall or overstock on a lot of it.. not a true flea market, Although there are many stalls and Booths setup they are all run by just...
