We bought a bed frame and mattress from here last December, within a week of having it it broke, they came to repair it (did a horrible job they left it tilted) and within a month of them coming to repair it, it broke AGAIN we tried calling them multiple times and they said they would fix it but ended up never coming and kept declining our calls. The entire bed frame is slowly falling apart, the wheels on the trundle bed split and broke the boards holding the mattress up are so flimsy you slink into the trundle bed, all of the boards supporting the panels are splintering and cracking. The whole bed is slumped down on one side. Stopped by to look at two twin adjustable beds for our mom and dad and all I can say is this is why you shop and support locally owned small businesses. The owner and staff were so helpful and knowledgeable of their products. And once they found out that the beds were for a retired CWO2 Army Veteran they went above and beyond to not only make sure that the beds were perfect they also delivered, setup and hauled all the old away TODAY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hurricanes has the worse customer service. Bought a matress and bed frame from them last year and broke so quickly. Got it fixed and then a year later is broken again. After talking with a lady on the phone she said she'd have Bobby call us, which hasn't happened and it's been about 3 weeks. Not to mention when the bed first broke we were supposed to get in contact with Bobby and he never spoke with us. We've basically been on a call list for a year.
