While I do understand mistakes happen, this experience was inexcusable. We drove down to pick up a table that they had advertised on Facebook Marketplace. We confirmed location and availability beforehand, and when we got to the antique store, it wasn’t the same table listed. We drove in total over two hours to and from, and not even apology could be given for the inconvenience. They made no attempt to even get back with me to let me know that the table was no longer available or that they had made a mistake. Just ran off and tasked themselves with other work. Just say hello to people that walk in… it’s not hard. If you want to run a successful antique store you need to be friendly. The items in the shop are quality antiques. No junk.
