Really hate to ever leave a bad rating unless it's really deserved. My husband & I seen an ad pop up online for this new mattress outlet, so we decided to check it out since we were on the market for a new mattress. We stopped in and we're greeted by a guy other than Ron. (Don't recall his name off hand). Anyways, we took a look around and the man gave us a spiel about the different items and how they kept a little bit in stock. The mattress we were looking at, the one next to it he had claimed to have just sold the floor model before we got in. He then persisted to continually tell us we had been in the store before, even though we had not and told him that. Which was odd but whatever I guess. My husband ended up having to work, so we came back a few days later to pick up the mattress we were interested in. This time greeted by Ron. We found out right away the mattress sold. Was offered the floor model but for hauling purposes and being used we passed. So my husband mentioned if they got another in, to let him know as we'd rather pick up in person then risk any possible shipping issues/damaged item. They were running a sale at the time, so Ron put down he would honor the sale when the mattress came in. It was mentioned it would be about a week. Ron was really nice. After a week went by, I called up to see if I could come get the mattress. Said they open at 11am, I ended up calling between 11:06 - 11:10am. No answer and went to voicemail. I waited and tried again, finally getting an answer and I noticed it was the other guy again. I mentioned how I tried calling and just wanted to see if I could pickup the mattress and this was when things got odd. First, he in a not so pleasant way tried saying he did answer the phone and I just didn't hear him... Even though it went to full voicemail. He then went on to say that they don't keep that mattress in stock and they only had the one because it was an accidental ship. Then he was saying he wouldn't honor the discount Ron said we could have unless we came in that very day and paid for the mattress, even after I told him what Ron told us. He still in a snotty way refused. He began telling stuff completely different then what he originally told us and what Ron told us. After that, I told him I'd have to talk to my husband because we were being told different things now then what was originally said. My husband got home from work and I told him everything that was said. We tried to calling and it was as if he either blocked my number or forwarded my call. So my husband decided we would go talk to him in person to see what was going on. We walked in, and my husband asked about the mattress. The guy then went off and accused us of "shopping around" or "shopping prices", something like that. And we asked him what he was talking about because that wasn't true and he then said "well some people do". After that whole scenario my husband asked about the mattress again and the guy had a different story then what he told me earlier on the phone. He then tried saying the only reason they had that mattress was because someone ordered it, they were in the process of moving and didn't want it to go to the wrong address. He then said they don't sell the floor models so Ron couldn't have done that. And when I mentioned he told me a different story on the phone, he had nothing to say and changed the subject. I then asked why he sold the floor model of the bed next to the one we wanted and he turned around and said "oh, well that's the only one we do". He just continued on with the various stories. My husband could easily tell he was making stuff up and was not happy. We just ended up deciding to go elsewhere because of all that. Definitely not a way to treat people. Not professional at all. Read moreI went in on a Saturday and bought a sectional and setup for delivery. Sales rep was very nice. Was told delivery would be between 4-6 Wednesday. They close at 6 so I called at 550 when I hadn't heard anything, and was told they were loading up and on their way. That would've been fine. Its maybe a 10 minute drive? So about an hour later when I hadn't heard anything, I called AGAIN; I proceeded to get another run around story of where or what the delivery guys were doin and that they just stopped back for paperwork on where my address was?? Pretty frustrated at this point, felt like I kept getting lied to just to delay a few more minutes. After that call, 5 minutes later I get a call from the delivery guys. THEY ARE NOW JUST LOADING MY SECTIONAL AND HAVE NOTICED A LOOSE BOARD DONT YOU KNOW!!! So there I am, waiting an hour past my delivery window, zero communication besides what I initiated, and now im told that what I ordered is broken somehow. they offered to fix it in a few days and setup a new delivery, I was so disgusted with how poorly managed this delivery was and being directly lied to TWICE on the phone that I just went back to...
Read moreI really loved this place. I was assisted by Bill, who was very helpful and informative. Responded because of an add on Facebook. After trying out multiple beds we did decide to go with a more expensive one. But honestly, not sorry at all! This bed is A-mazing! I have not slept this well in I dont know how long. Also getting the bed was no hassle. Bill was easy to work with when it came to payments and broke them down for us.
