Wanted to req unplanned absence and I guess it was removed from the A to Z app... the robot HR isn’t useful and only tells you what’s on the app which is already pretty easy to understand. You need to get your number set up ASAP it’s a huge inconvenience to your workers if we can’t even make unplanned absences in the app anymore. Pretty much if I had an emergency and absolutely could not make it to work it would be extremely stressful trying to reach out to work and let them know when you have no valid contact info and only allow people to request Unpaid time off 24 hours before and not the day of.
