1st and last time with this furniture company. From the beginning our kids bought a house that needed renovation. We ordered the furniture bedroom set through Wayfair. It was delivered approximately june 15th to the new house. With the renovation on-going the bedroom set was kept in the garage. On July 24th We opened it for use in the guest bedroom. Bed, night table and dresser were approximately 1500 dollars.. queen bed and night table were of very poor quality "wood" 🤣🤣.. laughably!! The cross beams for box spring are very flimsy and 2 of the screws do not tighten.. NOW FOR THE DRESSER!! We opened the box. The box is in good shape...All the corner Styrofoam corner blocks were in place. Nothing was wrong with the wrapping at all... the right rear corner was crushed.. the front corner frame was seperated. The front cross piece of wood fot the support of the top left drawer was broken!!!.. SO OBVIOUSLY IT WAS WRAPPED AT THE FACTORY LIKE THIS.. Wayfair policy is 30 days from delivery so no help there and i called BQF and because they deal with retailers, cant do anything for us either.. yes we missed the return date by a couple of days but with no damage to the boxes you would expect it to be ok.. even if the furniture was in good shape, the...

I purchased 10 dining room chairs from Wayfair. The order date was 10/4/20, I’m not certain of the actual delivery date. My house was being remodeled so we didn’t actually use the chairs for several months. We used the chairs about 6 times…as we don’t often sit in the dining room. A few months ago pregnant daughter in law sat I. One of the chairs & the leg gave out. Fortunately, she wasn’t hurt. I removed that chair thinking it was a fluke (1 bad chair). Last week my friend sat in one of the chairs & the same thing happened. She actually hurt her back! I spent over $2,000 for these chairs & can NOT use them. I’m very angry. Wayfair will not do anything for me because the chairs are more than a year old. I reached out to the manufacturer & they have ignored me. The furniture is not “Best Quality” but rather WORST quality. The furniture puts you & your friends & family at risk. I offered to send back the chairs so they can see they look new. Very bad quality and customer service,I have bought a 7 pieces dining set blue velvet chairs with tufted buttons,silver rings and acrylic legs plus a glass table for almost $2700 Three of these chairs are now with broken legs even though I weigh 122 pound ,I’m glad I didn’t end up with a broken hip or back .I have contacted overstock.com for four months now and contacted them and they did not send any replacements But my guess now even with the replacements it will break again because it’s very bad quality And they said the warranty expired after 30 days so I have lost my $2700 for nothing because there is no replacements for the legs and I have to throw the chairs away and pay for that even .by the way I have sent them over 13...
