I will say that I have never had an issue with them up until today. They do have what you need and it is a hassle free process.

However, I now know how they handle their customer service. I had purchased a part and returned it due to my not needing it or using it. They gave me a hard time saying it was used when it wasn’t. When trying to deal with Mr.Tony I was spoken to as if I were a child, and had chuckles from him and the staff when they refused to accept my return. There are more details to this matter but too much to write and in the end I did get my refund. However, as a supervisor myself I know that the way this issue was handled was very unprofessional. It should more when the other receptionist had a very bad attitude with a customer picking up parts.

We have been getting our appliances from coast appliances in Modesto for the past two years and I give them five stars very helpful very friendly. One time we were in a crunch to get a water heater to our property here at Trails At 2112 apartments and Liz put the water heater in her Mini Cooper and drove it over. I thought wow first of all how in the heck Liz got that to fit in her car, then wow she was willing to do whatever it took to get that water heater to us. It has most of the items for fridge and other household parts but they rely on the computer too much to get their parts. Old parts are not well known by one of the 'ustomer service person but the most disapointing about ordering parts thru them is that once you order a part and its the wrong part there is no reinburstment exchange nor returns.
