My package arrived on Friday. It is now a whole week and I am still yet to put this couch together. They shipped the couch with no legs and no screws ect to put it together. I've been calling since Saturday. They have a listed phone number but no one picks up. I have to contact them through Amazon and I get one reply per day. I have attached the conversation with them showing how they overlook my concerns and give me whatever information they feel like giving me. I have detailed exactly what I was missing and even sent a picture of what I'm missing and I still got a response which showed how careless they were towards my needs. After a week they finally decided to mail the missing part and hardware. But they didn't even care enough to do s priority shipment. Now I have to wait another week before these items arrive. Then to top it off, after all the chaos, I was contacted by Sergino Gonzale, directing me to where I could find the missing items. I advised him I check thoroughly and still did not find it. He said he would send me a picture to show where it is. I'm still waiting on that picture. He said I could call him on the number he was calling from. No answer. I own one of their beautiful Velvet Wingback Chair Modern Upholstered Tufted Armchair. I did have need to replace a small part on it. I emailed their customer service not even expecting a reply or them to be of any help since it was out of warranty and had not bought it directly from them. But to my surprise, Cynthia emailed me the very next day and told that they back up their products no matter from where I had purchased it. What's more, she shipped the part I need absolutely free! Just incredible customer service one doesn't see very often these days, unfortunately. I highly recommend any product from this company and will patronize them again...

The couches don’t have a good base. They don’t have enough support to hold the seats in place. They will keep sliding back and fall to the ground. They are a huge safety hazard.
