We planned weeks in advance with this company. The days before the party everything was confirmed with them. The day of the party they didnât show when they were supposed to. So we called, they said we were supposed to call them for delivery. I donât understand that. They shouldâve just shown up during the window of time we discussed. Then the lady said that they were going to be late be cause their drivers were doing pick up. Our delivery was supposed to be at 10 and party was supposed to start at 12. We asked the lady when they would arrive and she seemed very uncaring to the fact that the bouncer and all of the tables were going to be late. She said the driver would arrive at 11:30! He actually arrived at 11:50! It took them until 12:30 or so to set the bouncer up then we had to wait for the pool to fill up. The kids werenât able to really play on it until 1! And we had to set up our own tables and chairs because we had guests standing around waiting and the 2 delivery guys were trying to set up the bouncer. Then the bouncer was cutting the legs of the kids! The stitching was sharp and they would slide down, get cut then bleed in the water. I had asked prior to the party if all the bouncers are cleaned between parties and was told they were cleaned at pick up. I know this one wasnât because they had just picked it up from somewhere else and when they picked it up from me, I was waiting to see if they were going to clean it but they never did. They just folded it up and left. The tables had holes in them and tape and paper hanging down from previous parties. When we told the company that we were not happy and our guests had to watch them set up because they were hours later than the scheduled drop off time, she said well there is nothing I can do. You received a discount when you ordered. I donât feel we did. We received a package deal. And even if we received a discount, with everything that happened, I felt an additional discount was appropriate. She said Iâll discount your next order!    Read moreI regret to share my disappointing experience for my recent event. The day turned out to be an absolute mess. Despite having confirmed a 9 AM drop-off time multiple times, including a call days before the event, the delivery team arrived just 15 minutes before the event was to start. Which caused significant stress and delays.
Additionally, the generator, which was included in numerous revised invoices, was not delivered. The order was also short by three tables and chairs, resulting in some guests having to stand. To make matters worse, they failed to bring the water gallons needed to secure the tent, which they never advised Iâd need to supply, at a public park with no water source.
When I called to address these issues, the response was unhelpful and accusatory. They claimed someone had called to cancel the generator, tables, and chairs, which was entirely inaccurate. Every invoice I had clearly listed these items. This level of miscommunication and blame-shifting was unacceptable.
In the end, while I did receive a discount for the missing items, the chaos and inconvenience were overwhelming. Guests had to assist in setting up the tables and chairs, and the generator arrived two hours late, rendering the jumper unusable for the first part of the event.

   Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience with Jump N Jump for a waterslide rental. Despite calling multiple times and emphasizing that my event started at 2 PM, they assured me the drop-off would be between 9 AM and 1 PM, and advised me to call the day before to possibly arrange an earlier drop-off. I did just that, but received no confirmation.
On the day of the event, I called again around 11 AM to check on the status, and was told by a representative that they were unaware the waterslide hadn't been delivered yet. She said it would arrive within 30 minutes, but after an hour, there was still no sign of the delivery and no communication from them.
By 2 PM, with guests arriving and no waterslide, I called again and was told they were having truck trouble. This situation could have been avoided if they had delivered the waterslide the day before. This was my first and last time renting from Jump N Jump. They were late, unprofessional, and unreliable.
In contrast, my previous experiences with another company were far superior. They were friendly, professional, delivered the day before, placed tarps under the waterslide, and were able to address any concerns promptly.
