My fiancé went to exchange the gloves she had bought that ended up being too small for a jacket for our son instead, and encountered a staff member that was extremely rude. He said she could only exchange it for the same value item and was very rude about it. The jacket was around 100 and the gloves were 55 so he wouldn't let her pay the difference to get the jacket. He also stated that he couldn't exchange them without a receipt as he didn't know if they were stolen or not, which is an insult. It is sad that you spend almost $300 at the store on a new jacket and gloves and when you want to exchange gloves that don't fit with the tags on them to an item that makes us spend more money you are rude and push us away? How does that make any sense, I am very disappointed as we were excited to have the new store close to us but now will not be shopping...

The FXR team here is awesome. They give you the time to find what you're looking for and I can't even explain how awesome the Helix boots are too. Almost too warm.
