They are very rude and nasty. They need to work On their customer service. Believe me if Home Depot wasn’t 60 days out of getting my siding. I would have never brought anything from the location in Conley. The workers there are horrible. Especially the girl behind the counter. They act like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you even though you are spending your money in their store. I wish I got her name but I didn’t even want to be bother with her. She was very young and immature. Maybe she should work at the back and not with people.very poor...

From a truck driver delivering point of view this place is awful. 1st they want you to park on a st with no parking. Untarp and insecure in said 2 lane st. Then make a tight turn into the lot on a steep hill (while unsecured, bills not signed) turn is so tight you can see where trucks have run over the corner. Then the forklift drivers enjoy being rude like it's the only joy in their lives cause their women beat them. Which I could deal with the rude part but refuse to be put in a dangerous situation risking my life or career cause...

Appointment needed. When you arrive stop at the sign on street and walk your paperwork to the office on the other end of the building. After check in, come back to your truck on the street and wait for them to come out and explain the yard procedure. The area is compact but a semi with sleeper and 53 foot trailer can get into the dock. Nice friendly employees all around. Wouldn't mind coming back. Koppers is a 2 lane road and I didn't see any no parking...
