This place is the most horrible TV SHOP in the US! I took my TV there to be repaired but OBVIOUSLY these definitely are CLASS -A CROOKS AND ABOVE ALL LIARS!!! IT'S BEEN OVER 13 MONTHS AND THEY " CLAIM" CANNOT GET PART YET!WORSE HE SAYS MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST PICK IT UP! I CALL AN I AM NOT MOBILE BUT HAD A RIDE. NOW HIS LAME EXCUSE IS ," OH IT'S ALL TAKEN APART, I WILL DELIVER FOR FREE! WELL FORGET THAT AS NOW HE SAYS I WILL BRING IT BUT SINCE YOU WERE RUDE IT WILL BE $50.00 TO DELIVER! OH I WILL GET MY TV AND WILL NOT PAY PERIOD AFTER THIS AMOUNT OF TIME!!!! DEFINITELY THIS PLACE IS RYNNING SOMETHING BESIDES A TV SHOP!!!! PEOPLE TAKE A TV TO BE REPAIRED SO THEY CAN WATCH IT, AND NOT OVER A YR. LATER STILL NO TV AND GOT A LAME LINE TRYING TO PICK IT UP!!!!! Certified Electionics provided us with grade A service. We worked with the Owner Dave on repairing our 3yr old 82” Samsung 4k. We were very upset that our brand new television went pop, powered off, and NEVER turned back on. When we called Dave he gave us a list of possible reasons our tv went kaput and advised that we allow him to diagnose our true issue. Dave came and picked up our mounted 82” and provided us with our fix the next day. After 3 days our tv was returned back to our home, mounted, and working as though brand new! Certified Electronics took care of us right before the Super Bowl! We placed our trust in them and they did not...

As soon as I turned on my TV this morning and it made a popping sound and blacked out, I feared it would have to be replaced altogether. I am so glad I found the number of Certified Electronics online! I called them at 1030 and my call was returned promptly. They called when they were three miles out and arrived at 1230. He showed me the busted lamp, replaced it, got my TV up and running like it was never broken, and he was out of here by 115. It was an affordable rate, courteous, professional, and...
