FAULTY FIREWORKS THAT THROWS SHRAPNEL AND WILL CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY WITH IN A 30+ FT RADIUS

EVERYONE PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY!!

I've been going to firework warehouse now for the past 3 years to get our fireworks because the people (most people now anyways) are very friendly and helpful.

Well we went in 6-27-19 to buy our fireworks that was just over $300 buck. The gentleman that was on the floor who I think might be an owner was very nice, helpful and even told my son to pick out $15 buck worth of stuff that he will buy for him. Super cool people right. I really appreciate the small things owners/businesses do to show how much they really value their customers. I’m a business owner myself so if I can show any kind of gratitude or appreciation I will do what I can to return the favor. NOW COMES THE MAJOR ISSUE----- So the other night me and a few friends and OUR KIDS wanted to light off a few fireworks. Then we decided we were going to try a particular ITEM to see what it was like because we have never seen it before. (Not saying the brand or model it is for a reason - Ill explain toward the end.) So we tried 1 for the first time and it malfunctioned and just blew up instantly! Not only did it BLOW UP ON THE GROUND it SHOT SHARP PEACES OF SHRAPNEL 30+ FT in every direction!

The result from it malfunctioning and BLASTING SHARP PEACES OF SHRAPNEL in every direction CAUSED IT TO NICK MY SON IN THE FACE ALONG WITH MY WIFE'S LEG AND ONE OF MY BUDDY'S KIDS FOREHEAD! After all the kids went inside I tested another one thinking we just had a dud, but nope IT DID THE SAME THING!! I think that's a pretty serious thing that needs to be brought up to the owners so they can pull it so someone doesn't get hurt and they don't get sued due to a faulty product. So this is where it gets UNBELIEVABLE. So because the guy that helped us was so nice and I can relate being a business owner, I wanted to give him a heads up so someone doesn't get seriously hurt. Well I call up there last night because I didn't have time to stop by after work with what I had left of the defective item/items to show them. I asked to speak to the owner about an issue I had when a guy answered the phone. The guy on the phone (Derrick) I believe said he’s busy what do you need im the ACCOUNTANT and I can help you". I was like well umm I kind of needed to talk to him about an issue with a product your selling to people. He then got SUPER RUDE and was like "he’s really busy with customers right now what do you need?" I then told him "I WAS a customer 2 days ago when I spent $300 dollars there, do I not matter anymore because you already have my money?" He then danced around the question some more with a nasty attitude and said "yeah I can get him but you will be on hold for 20 min because he’s very busy with customers". As if he was thinking I would just say forget it and go away. So at this point I said to him " Maybe I should of started off telling you I need to speak with the owner because you have some faulty fire work that SHOOTS SHARP PEACES OF SHRAPNEL EVERY WHERE AND IT NICKED MY SON IN THE FACE ALONG WITH MY WIFE's LEG and ONE OF MY BUDDY's SON'S FOREHEAD".I would be VERY GRATEFUL if one of my customers let me know about an issues instead of some of those sue happy people who wouldn't be as nice as I am trying to look out for your business. After telling him that, guess how fast one of the owners (Kenny) got on the phone? 2 mins not the 20 mins he was trying to blow me off with. I spoke with (Kenny) for a few mins and I explained everything again to him and he was like "Well tell me what it was so we can get them tested and take it down if we need to".He also stated he would have a conversation with the guy on how he handled this issue. They never asked if anyone was hurt.They just wanted the product name so they could take it down. unbelievable

Let me tell you look no where else for your firework needs! For years I went to the firework store in Mustang. About 4 years ago I found this gem of a fireworks store. It’s amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, it’s organized and clean, if you have a question there are multiple staff members everywhere to help. The selection is by far the best of any fireworks store I’ve seen! And there are multiple lines to check out! I’ve never had to wait in line! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s a 30 minute drive for me but worth it! This has became my permanent fireworks store! I will be a lifelong customer! And I tell all my friends and family the same. I don’t ever leave reviews but I felt everyone should know about this store if you’re on the fence about deciding where to go. I highly recommend them without hesitation! I would give 10 stars if...

Ok, changed my mind and my review. This is a pretty good place to buy. They are willing to work with prices and have an item or two that you can’t find in other places.

Would like to see them improve their 200g cake selection, as well as stock more fuse options such as perfect fuse and quick fuse to compliment their multi-shot mortar rack selection. Maybe even add some cheap Chinese electronic firing systems, as well as stock some talon and MJG FireWire initiators for the hardcore folks like myself.

All and all it’s a good place with a friendly staff and good inventory. If you are big budget and missed your window to buy wholesale, they do offer case discounts, so it may be the next best...
