Nice store but am VERY disappointed with the return policy during this pandemic. Due to the fact that customers aren't able to try on wigs at this time, if a customer purchase a wig and decide when they get home they don't want it because they might feel the wig won't look right on them because they wasn't able to try it on, and clearly the package haven't been opened, customers should be able to at least exchange for something else if you don't want it. When you spend a lot of money at a business you should be able to be satisfied as a customer as well its only right. Its understandable for clothing not to be returned at this time.
