I recently had the pleasure of working with Flashmasters for the purchase of a replacement ECM (Engine Control Module) for our 2003 Dodge van, and I must say that their level of professionalism, efficiency, and expertise is truly best-in-class.
From the moment we placed our order, Flashmasters demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. Their seamless purchasing process, prompt shipping, and exceptional customer service set them apart in the industry. The product arrived precisely as described, was packaged securely, and most importantly, performed flawlessly upon installation.
What impressed me most was the precision and reliability of their services. Within just three days, the newly installed ECM had our vehicle operating at peak performance, showcasing the quality and integrity of their work. The level of technical expertise and attention to detail is nothing short of outstanding.
In an industry where reliability is paramount, Flashmasters has proven to be a company that delivers on its promises. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, commitment to quality, and expedited service make them a gold standard for automotive electronic solutions.
I highly recommend Flashmasters to anyone in need of professional, high-quality ECM replacements or repairs. They are a company that stands behind their products, and I will certainly turn to them for any future needs.

Short story: they fixed me up with a plug-and-play clone in less than a week.
Long story: car quit cranking while running some errands. I had it towed home, scan tool couldn't communicate with the ECM. Turns out it's the ECM fuse, replaced it, then it cranked but wouldn't start. Code P062B (internal injector control module failure to initialize or something) popped up, which could mean anything from one injector failing to the wiring harness connectors all the way to internals in the ECM. After eliminating injector and wiring fault, the only problem could be the ECM. I called Flashmasters and this dude was super nice and patient with me and all my questions to make sure it is the ECM. He mentioned injector drivers fail often and my diagnosis is likely correct. He said as long as the scan tool can communicate with the ECM, they can get all the data from it (EEPROM dump) and make a clone from a new physical device, which includes VIN, VATS and all the other BS software that make it plug-and-play. I haven't been to a mechanic in 15 years, I solve all my vehicle issues, except for body work and this. For under $200, this service is awesome. The clone tool costs $1400, so unless you're planning on having the ECM fail regularly, give them a call.

Read moreI wish I could give them more stars! Customers car came in (2005 PT cruiser) with bad computer. When ordering the computer they reached out to confirm that it was the right one for the car, and it arrived in no time! Now, through no fault of flashmasters, the computer had a little issue. I contacted them, and they immediately sent me a replacement ECM. The car is back on the road and I could not be any happier with the whole experience. Not to mention especially for a PT cruiser computer, you cant beat the price! 8/2 update needed another computer for a GMC safari van. Van had a dead miss on cyl 3. Took the van to get checked out and was told bad comp. purchased the computer popped it in and...same misfire. So, after getting it correctly diagnosed it was not the comp, but a bad spider injector. Anyway, FM took the computer back no problem, even saved me money on the return label. I cannot say good enough things about this company. It would have been totally ok for them to say we cannot take it back and me to be stuck with paying for that mistake, however once again FM...
