Ora Cacao — Local services in Forestville

New age marketing with the worst end of a tech start up. I ordered this as a gift for my hippie mother in law a few years ago - and I regret it. The product itself was not particularly impressive. Nice packaging, she felt fine about it, finished the cacao within the year. I wish that was the end of the story. Since this purchase I receive marketing text messages from Ora EVERY WEEK. Ora, please understand, this is a non essential consumable food product. You're not saving lives here. There is not a single sane person interested in your marketing materials delivered to their cellphone ever - let alone weekly....

I have been blessed to partake of ceremonial Cacao for over 4 years now. Ora has become my very favorite out of all the ones I have had. The love and care they put into the process, and the way they bring the indigenous communities that tend to the sacred Cacao plant into the forefront is beautiful. Glowing Guatemala has become my favorite to work with in meditation thus far! It has a beautiful energy that does not overwhelm me (even with the low caffeine in some Cacao, it can still be too much for me.) I recommend Ora to everyone I meet who is looking to bring ceremonial Cacao into their lives...

Disappointing, this time around. Me and my husband have spent LOTS of money with this company and have been loyal for years. But this last shipment arrived completely melted. I was home when it was delivered so it didn't sit on the doorstepmore than 5 min. Unfortunately, the team has yet to respond to my husband's email. We are left with bricks of chocolate.
