Joyce in the pharmacy should be fired for how rude she is to customers. I called to see if my prescription was ready for my 4 yr old and she was extremely rude, she huffed about looking to see if another weis had an antibiotic in stock (the only one my son isnāt allergic to for an infection that swelled the entire side of his face) she said looking it up would just take her TOO long to do and that I should just wait until itās back in stock!! Then I asked if the 2nd prescription he needed, a steroid, was in stock and she threw a fit and hung up on me for absolutely no reason!!! I called back and she put a different woman on the phone Theresa, (who was actually very kind), at this point I am getting very frustrated, while Joyce is running her mouth in the background, I couldnāt believe it honestly. It took Theresa under a minute to look at the other weis pharmacyās and tell me where the closest one would be to fill the antibiotic. Joyce just couldnāt be bothered to do it. Joyce, the āmanagerā, refused to apologize for her actions and instead forced Theresa, a new employee, to deal with me. Besides the fact that Joyce is clearly under qualified due to the blatant lack of managerial skills, she is also completely unprofessional and should learn to show some compassion considering her job is to give sick people medicine. The shift manager of weis was no help either, she had no idea how to handle the situation and just said she would āhave a talk with herā. I said I wanted to speak to the actual store manager and she couldnāt tell me when he would be in, how to pass this message along, nothing. Itās like she didnāt want to have to deal with it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am appalled at the scene I witnessed today. I have been shopping at Weis for years and never have I come across such disrespectful and rude management at this location. As I was shopping, I overheard a woman, a manager or assistant of some sort, raising her voice at two employees in front of so many customers. She was rude, disrespectful and unkind. I saw her picture on my way out, her name was Morgan, I believe. I could not believe any manager would speak like that to their employees, especially ones I have befriended over my years of shopping here. On the same day, another manager, whoās name I believe to be Ken, or something along those lines, pulled aside an employee and belittled her hard work and efforts. I will not mention their names out of respect, but I chat with them all the time and they have helped me so much since meeting them. I notice their hard work and yet this manager spoke so awfully to her. Never once have I been greeted by this man, nor have I ever seen him out and about while Iām shopping. I am beginning to question the morals and integrity of this store. How could anyone put this man in a position of power when he treats his employees in such a way. Itās disgraceful. I will be telling my girlfriends to avoid this man and woman at all costs and stick with the employees who have treated us with the respect we treat them with. I would give zero stars if I could, but since I canāt, I will give the two stars to the good employees and subtract the three stars for the awful management at this location....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am very Disappointed in Weiss Forks Township. The Forks Township Store is on my way home from Work compared to an extra mile for Giant and an extra 3 miles for Wegmans. I looked forward to Weiss's opening but since it opened the Customer Service has quickly dropped to the point of being incompetent. As I was waiting at customer service last night the women in front of me was complaining that household Chemicals were mixed with fresh food and bread was put on the Bottom of the Bag.
My past complaint on the Hot Food and Salad Bar were ignored by the Web site and that is what lead me to try to find a competent Adult at Customer Service yesterday evening. Yesterday evening I wanted the Contact information for the Store Manager. I was told that this was not information that is given out and I was passed off to a Grocery Manager who I assume has no control over the prepared Food departments.
I find it unusual that Weiss Market does not provide local store contact information or respond to complaints on the Web site or at the Stores Customer Service Counter. Itās too bad Weiss does not understand Customer Service but I am tired of turning around and traveling to Giant or Wegmans because the Prepared Food Department is...
