Been here a number of time but this time was disappointing . We were made to feel like criminals. A discounted painting had 2 tags. We only saw the one, we were made to feel as if we were being dishonest. There were additional discounted items from the same vendor but the staff at the register argued about the validity of the discount, only to find out that the computer system had not been updated. Staff apologized but my husband had already left the store. Some of these discounted items were already rung up and we actually paid full price. One item was not even packed into our box, we only realized this when we got home. Will not be returning for the item as we live 1 hour away and it is not worth a return trip. My friend has been awarded her cottage license recently and is going to start selling truly homemade jams and preserves made from her Grandma's recipes. She uses local fruits and pecans she picks up from her own backyard, same for her figs. She also grows the peppers she uses in her pepper jelly in her garden with no pesticides. Look for her fig preserves and pepper jelly display in mid-October 2023. Just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
