Read moreRude and extremely unhelpful staff! Watched my significant other get completely stressed out over canceling his gym membership at this location. We are moving out of the area ,and he was trying to cancel his membership. He even brought in cash to pay the following month out of courtesy. However he was told he couldn't cancel in person and he'd have to call or go online to cancel. This was the most ridiculous way to try and get someone's account to keep accruing charges so they can turn it over to collections! After reading reviews it's clear that this isn't a consumer friendly gym! So if you value your money and your sanity don't mess with this gym! The BBB has given them a poor rating as well due to the lack of response to consumer complaints! Not a company you want...

So I joined in 2018 and since I stopped going because of Covid and other reasons I tried to get out of the contract but was told there is no buy out fee. There is only a few reason they will let you out.. you have to be permanently disabled with dr note, move more than 50 miles away from all locations with proof, or call to get a mailing address to mail a letter to the billing company 90 days before it expires to cancel automatic renewal. So read your contract... I emailed the company and asked if there was anything that they can do...
