Recently, purchased two socket savers as NOS. Technician/Installer told me that the 9 pin socket saver was well used and would not hold tubes any longer. I requested an exchange from Surplus sales and they requested I put my request in writing - with a photo of the part. Who does that? I complied and was told I could return the part for a credit on my card, but I did not qualify for an exchange. The owner should get out of the retail business if he cannot trust his customers or...
