Went to the store at 2:30 pm, not another customer in the store. Two young men there, one behind the counter, one at the end, playing on a phone. I walked back to the kitchen area, no one in the kitchen. I turned and asked where I could I order a pizza. The young man on his phone grunted, "right here", obviously annoyed. I placed my order and was told it would be a 35 to 40 minute wait. "Can I get a name?" Still annoyed. I gave him my name, went to my car and set my phone timer for 25 mins. When I returned in 25 mins., Mr. Phone was again at the end of the counter. He saw me walk in, turned and went to the kitchen. I leaned against the back counter to wait until my pizza was ready. After a couple of minutes, the young man behind the counter nicely suggested I check with Mr. Phone. My pizza was sitting on top of the oven. I stepped up to the door and he says, "Pick up?" Now I'm annoyed. I said, "yeeesss." He grunts, "Name?" I replied, "Bev....or only customer in the store." While he wasn't rude, he was far from polite. Had I waited the 35-40 minutes to return, my pizza would have been sitting. As it was, the toppings were good and plentiful, but the crust was as tough as could be. It will be our last...

Extremely disappointed. Every summer for years I have been a loyal customer extremely satisfied with the food/service so as soon as I heard they were open for the summer again I was like years prior excited when my order was initially taken a young lady named Jayde took my order and pretended it was such a burden to take my order and was all around rude when i received my order she again acted as if I was a major inconvenience, my milkshake lid wasn't even on therefore I almost dropped it and she goes "be careful" as if it was my fault and it wasn't to spite me seriously. not only that it was half full!!! Ive been a loyal customer for decades & have never, until recently, experienced such rudeness. My poutine orders were just fries. When I questioned this, I thought it was fixed, but I was given cold gravy & unmelted cheese. Why?? Ok I had to put it in the microwave but still. They messed up my salad on my next order by not giving me lettuce & tonight, they sighed as I placed my order. He, the owner, was clearly annoyed. So, thats 3 strikes for me. And although, I only visit in the summer to see my family I will drive out of town to get my food or just...
