AV Simplified Solutions — Local services in Fort Oglethorpe

$400,000.00 over budge and NEVER finished the job! Most of the system never worked correctly or constantly crashed. Install locked lick a rats nest of wires! We would have to restart the server nearly every day! Nelson Jones/AV Simplified Solutions should NOT be allowed to install any smart home system. We paid the $40,000.00 for a home theater projector witch broke within a few years. Tried to send it back to the projector company for repairs only to find out we are the THIRD (3rd) owner of this projector!!!! So it was not covered under warranty!!! Sickening!!!! They are crooks.

We have had to replace numerous Lurton blinds because they were wired with improper voltage!

After 5 yrs of trying to get Elan system to work, we had to replace it. Paid another company another $250,000.00 to install a whole new system, Crestron System.

I do not know why Elan or Lutron allow this company to sell and install their product. They are obviously not qualified to install either. Makes me question the integrity of both...
