I have a 9 car stinger (auto hauler) and Michael and his crew did an AMAZING job on washing and shining my entire semi. i was speechless how great it came out and I got a few great compliments after they washed it. The staff has always been great here but Micheal definitely knows his stuff and paid attention to specific details on my truck that can easily be missed by most but his crew did not miss a thing. Great job, great staff, great management, and great prices. What more can I say?!

Update: 1 star now..not sure what happened..either staff changed or too many trucks to wash or something but the attention to detail went right out the window with my last 4 truck washes..I can see one time but 4 times back to back? They’ve missed all these small rocks on the bed of my truck and trailer. It’s like they just pushed them to the corners of my truck, they scrubbed some of the truck areas and it’s like they don’t put any elbow grease on what they’re scrubbing, still found clumps of dirt throughout my truck and trailer like they just sprayed it lightly and that was it..my truck was basically just wet every time. No attempts to actually wash the truck properly..just get da big dirt off and get it out to get the next truck in and out. Guys are pretty cool but the work just isn’t there anymore. The “Let’s do a great job” is gone. Extremely disappointing especially how expensive it is to wash a car hauler tractor and trailer. I have a polished truck and the last 4 times it doesn’t look like it has been washed. It looks like I drove through the rain and then it air dried the remaining dirt....

This truck wash is the worst in Florida, but I have to wash here because it’s the closest to my house. When you arrive, they ask you how the previous wash went and what parts need extra attention to get it cleaner. I tell them everything, I explain that the last wash wasn’t very good, and they can see I have a Pirelli 389 worth almost $200,000. I ask them to make sure it’s really clean, I point out the areas, and when I pull the truck out and it starts drying, it’s as if they hadn’t washed it at all, just sprayed it with water. I tell them and they get annoyed, saying I have to drive back in again. If you don’t want to work, don’t be here, but please, we’re paying for this, respect our money, we’re making a real sacrifice.

I’m going to try to get the name or a photo to put it here, and all the dirty areas, before and after. The second wash wasn’t good either, and I’ll show you the picture. I’m going to show you the picture of the group’s boss, who apparently is deaf, because you talk to him and he doesn’t listen.

Absolutely terrible, I’ve been here three times. The first no wait. The next two times it took two hours, the lines weren’t crazy long either time! The other lane was actually moving faster, two trucks behind me hit in and out before me in the other lane! I find it to be unacceptable wait times, they need to work faster and harder! I don’t have two hours to sit and wait and waste away. It seems it was at shift change, so in the span of sitting behind just one truck waiting for the truck in front of him to finish inside the bay- three trucks made it through the other bay, one that was in front of me and two behind me! Unacceptable just because these guys want to milk the clock so not to have to wash another truck before going home! They need a washout expedited bay at this location it is unfair to have to wait two hours plus to get a trailer washout! It takes 10...
